Nightmares is a fact, a dream analysis that causes the terror in children and more often to adults. Some times even the recurring of the same scene let the dreamer to get no relief or even not a chance of any rest. Actually many children when become victim of nightmare and think that they have over and over the regular victim of such a unconscious problems.
